Therapeutic Massage In The Comfort Of Your Home

Manual Lymph Drainage Massage

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a soft, gentle, rhythmic European massage technique developed by the Danish physiotherapist Dr. Emil Vodder in the 1930's.

Manual Lymph Drainage Massage aids the body in collecting and moving lymphatic fluid, which plays a key role in delivering nutrients, antibodies and other immune constituents to the tissue cells of the body and removing debris such as toxins, cell waste and dead particles which are then cleansed by clusters of lymph nodes.

Due to the light, rhythmic application of touch, Manual Lymph Drainage Massage is especially beneficial to patients before and after cosmetic surgery.

Harris Alexander is a Dr. Vodder School, trained and certified, Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist.
